About Me.

I’m Karen Slusher, a faith-driven leader, author, and Chief Experience Officer with a heart for helping people and organizations flourish. In my role as CXO at Azure Standard, I oversee Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Sales, Service, and HR. My greatest passion is developing people and creating cultures where excellence, empathy, and purpose come together in powerful ways.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about titles or positions - it’s about influence. And influence is built intentionally, through the way we show up, the way we serve, and the way we love people. That belief inspired my book, The Radical Thread: Weaving Faith, Love, and Service into the Customer Experience, which explores how spiritual principles shape extraordinary leadership.

I’m deeply committed to helping leaders grow, find clarity, and lead with authenticity. Whether I’m guiding teams at Azure, speaking at industry events or mentoring emerging leaders, my purpose is the same: to weave faith, wisdom, and compassion into every area of leadership.

Beyond work, I cherish the communities I’m part of including my family, my church, and the people God has placed in my life. My greatest joy is helping others discover the beauty, purpose, and calling woven through their own leadership stories.
