About Me.

I’m Karen Slusher, a faith-driven leader, author, and music artist with a heart for encouraging people. Through my books, music, and conversations about leadership, I share what continues to shape my own life: faith, love, service, and the belief that how we care for people matters.

Over more than 25 years in leadership, I’ve learned that our influence grows through everyday choices. How we listen. How we respond when things get hard. How we help someone see possibilities they haven’t yet seen in themselves. I’m passionate about helping leaders grow in wisdom and confidence while caring deeply for the people entrusted to them.

That passion inspired my book, The Radical Thread: Weaving Faith, Love, and Service into the Customer Experience. My writing explores how faith takes shape in the way we lead, serve, and show up for one another.

​

Music is another personal expression of that same heart. Recording and releasing music as Karen Lynn has given me a new way to share stories of faith, hope, restoration, and joy. My songs come from prayer, life’s struggles, and the promises of God that carry us through. My hope is that they offer encouragement and remind listeners they are not alone.
